3. Are all of you documents, accounting file and other critical business data stored on a central server?
4. Do you have a security system that centrally controls passwords and access to data by job role?
5. Do you practice a daily procedure to back up all important files in the business?
6. Do you perform regular preventative maintenance as well as software updates such as service packs and patches on all your computers shortly after they have been released by Microsoft?
7. Have you had a qualified Microsoft Certified Engineer review your network and procedures in the last six months?
